1. 24-hour replacement coverage
The FiveM Rockstar Activation Code and FiveM Ready Fresh account include a 24-hour replacement period beginning when SellAuth delivers the product.
Check the product promptly. Contact Discord support within 24 hours if the delivered code is invalid or the account credentials do not work at first login.
2. Issues eligible for review
- An activation code is invalid or already redeemed when first received.
- The delivered Rockstar credentials do not work at first login.
- The included email-inbox credentials do not work at first login.
- The delivered item is materially different from the product description.
- A duplicate charge is confirmed by the payment provider or SellAuth.
When an issue is verified, CheapRockstar will normally provide a working replacement. A refund may be considered when a replacement cannot reasonably be supplied.
3. Issues not normally covered
- A request made after the 24-hour replacement period for a code or fresh account.
- A valid code that has already been redeemed, shared, resold, copied or publicly exposed.
- Credentials changed, lost or shared after successful delivery.
- Customer error, incompatible hardware or failure to follow the supplied instructions.
- A third-party suspension or enforcement action caused by activity after delivery.
- A change of mind after immediate digital delivery has begun, where the right of withdrawal was validly waived during checkout.
- Payment delays for bank or cryptocurrency transfers that have not yet been confirmed.
4. Generator and redeemer software
The software product includes lifetime access, updates and setup support through Discord. After access or installation materials have been supplied, support will first be used to resolve installation or access problems.
A refund may be considered if the purchased software access cannot be delivered or a verified material defect cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Misuse, unsupported modifications, third-party platform changes or failure to meet clearly stated requirements are not automatically grounds for a refund.
5. How to request help
Open a support request in the CheapRockstar Discord server and provide:
- Your SellAuth order number.
- The product name and delivery time.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Relevant screenshots or error messages with private data hidden.
Do not post full passwords, codes, mailbox access or payment credentials in a public Discord channel. CheapRockstar may request safe evidence needed to verify the issue.
6. Processing
Support usually replies within a few hours, although this is not guaranteed. Approved refunds are returned through an available method and may take additional time to appear, depending on SellAuth, the payment provider, bank or blockchain confirmation process.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. For immediately delivered digital content, any loss of a statutory withdrawal right depends on the consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law and the checkout process.
